Graduate with a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
*Kundalini Yoga Training: This training will be specifically Kundalini Yoga. You will learn how to practice and teach Kundalini Yoga. Your certification will allow you teach any style of yoga you like.
About this Training:
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of deep awareness. Kundalini Yoga awakens the flow of life force energy along the spine & invites us to become healthier, happier, stronger, & more spiritually connected.
Study & practice ancient yogic sets (called kriyas), mantras, breath techniques (pranayama), meditations & mudras that are over 5,000 years old. Learn how to design & teach kundalini yoga classes, workshops, series', & more. Grow your practice & learn the skills to be an effective yoga teacher for yourself &/or others. Create lasting connections as you train virtually in an interactive, group setting.
Learn how to uplift yourself & others. Learn the best techniques for reducing/managing stress, addictions & pain. Learn the chakras (there are 8 chakras in Kundalini Yoga), energetic anatomy, physical anatomy & physiology as it pertains yoga. Learn the the 5 Yoga Sutras of the the Aquarian Age that help to frame the context of yogic philosophy. Develop your own spiritual practice to continually inspire yourself & your future students. Strengthen your body, mind, intuition & willpower. Train with a dedicated yoga teacher & practitioner for over 19 years with E-RYT credentials. This training is based in experiential learning. You will be experiencing the material, not just reading a book! Graduate a well rounded yoga teacher with a Yoga Alliance approved certification.

-The roots of yoga
-The yoga sutras
-Yogic history & philosophy
-Mudra (hand positions that enhance meditation)
-(Asana, kriyas, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, drishthi: We will learn techniques, benefits, how to practice effectively, any possible limitations, how to modify, how to teach, etc)
-Physical & energetic anatomy (chakras, nadis, bodily systems, etc)
-Roles & ethics of a yoga teacher
-Basics of Ayurveda (yoga's sister science of health & wellness)
-The importance of sadhana (self practice & community)
-The business of yoga (basic principals & how to get started)
-Teaching lessons, workshops, privates, etc
-Integration (arts, other forms of yoga, dance, creative expression, nature, etc)
-Dharma (your potential & life path)
-Seva (how to serve your community in ways that also uplift you)
Things to Know:
-Participation is encouraged but not required. This training is for you; if there are pieces of the training that you would like to observe/watch instead of participate in, you are welcome to do so!
-Training Recordings: Training recordings will be available to trainees. If you miss a portion of the live class you may watch the recording to make it up. (Each student is allotted up to 12 hours of recorded live class time before needing to OK it with the lead trainer). You will need to write a summary of the recording(s) watched to show you understood them. Any questions you have may be brought to your lead trainer.
-Attendance: 100% Attendance is required for this training. Each student is able to miss 1 weekend (12 hours) of LIVE training hours which they can make up by doing the recording without extra fees. Weekly classes (see the Buddhaful Yoga Class Schedule) also count towards YTT hours if necessary.

Deposits are non-refundable. Program Refunds vary based on the time of withdrawal from the program. A 100% refund is issued 30 days in advance of the program date. An 80% refund is issued 7 days after the program start date. A 50% refund is issued 30 days after the program start date. No refunds after 30 days from the program start date.
