This Covid Recovery Yoga Package is a 3 Class Package designed to help you release the stress of the pandemic, relax effortlessly, and get balanced for the future.
Combining breath, mindfulness, and yoga, this R &R package caters to your group's ability, goals and environment. If you aren't sure what your goals are, that's ok too!

3 Part Package Example:
Class 1: Detox From Stress
Detoxify the body and mind with simple techniques that help you relax and release unwanted tension. Unwind the nervous system to let go of built up anxiety, worry, fear, and the accumulation of continual strain. Flush the glandular system for good chemical balance and state of mind.
Class 2: Reset
After long periods of stress it can be hard to relax. Even the word "relax" can rub one the wrong way. In this class we work on relaxing to the point of being able to reset. Rest the nervous system, mind, physical body, and whole state of being. This class tends to be 5 or 10 minutes longer than the other two, if time allows.
Class 3: Balance
When we are off balance for long enough we can get used to it, and it coming into balance can feel foreign. We might be aware we could be more "in our own groove," but aren't sure how to get there. This class is designed to bring you into your perfect balance, physically, emotionally, mentally, even chemically. When we feel balanced and whole, we are able to reside in the present moment (mindfully), without getting overwhelmed or burdened. Being in balance gives us a center point to go by; an inner compass to guide us in being well, strong, vibrant, and resilient.
