This Covid Recovery Yoga Series is a 6 class hatha yoga series designed to help you release the stress of the pandemic, relax effortlessly, sleep deeply, and get balanced for the future.
Combining breath, mindfulness, and yoga, you'll flow from one pose to the next consciously, with yin and restorative moments weaved in. For all levels and bodies. Go at your own pace and enjoy the moment. This R&R package focuses on detoxing from built up tension, unwinding the knots and promoting deep calm.
Recover from the stress of the pandemic 1 week at a time, over 6 weeks.
