Through specific yoga poses & breath techniques we strengthen the body, cultivate greater focus, & clarify the mind.
Together, we’ll practice an ancient yoga set that creates deep peace, concentration, & an ability to see the big picture. This yoga series gives us an opportunity to step back from our lives & see everything with greater clarity. Optional 40 day practice included. No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.
In this series we will be practicing the same kriya (yoga set) each week; deepening our relationship with kriya, & the effects that arise. The reason I adore this kriya so much (& have dedicated a whole series to it), is because it helps me feel what I like to call my "inner buddha" or inner peacefulness. In our world today, it can be hard to find peace inside. This kriya brings it out. I am looking forward to sharing this little treasure with you.
