Join me for this opportunity of great cultivation and magnetism, where we ignite creative juices and magnetize abundance.
In this course we will focus deeply on the lower triangle; the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras, where our kundalini energy sparks. We will practice ancient yoga sets (kriyas) that are specifically designed to open the lower triangle, clearing old, stored baggage from challenging life experiences, juicing new creativity, and letting abundance fill your life.
When I say creativity, I'm not referring to whether you can paint or produce fine arts. I'm talking about your innate creative nature; energy in you that inspires you and others. When we are depleted we can feel dried up and uninspired. This course creates actual secretions and creative "juice" in the body to help you feel dewey, nurtured, alive... Get clear on what abundance means to you and saddle up for a 6 week journey of empowering yoga that keeps giving forever.
This course is for everyone. No experience necessary.
