ABOUT:
Learn proper alignment in order to build strength quickly & easily. Kundalini yoga is known for building strong bones, muscles, stamina, and deep awareness. This 8 week series is designed to strengthen your body, teach perfect alignment, & expand your toolbox of strength building postures. As outer strength grows, inner strength does too.
KEY ASPECTS:
- Learn how to flow through a full suryanamaskar (a favorite kundalini warm up), with true alignment.
- Build core strength & set the navel point through powerful kundalini kriyas.
- Practice perfect posture that naturally builds strength throughout your week.
- Build bone density & focus with strong standing postures.
- Tone & strengthen all muscle groups from head to toe.
Recordings available if you miss a class, or choose to practice extra during the week. This series is 100% virtual and welcomes all practitioners of all levels. Beginners encouraged!
