The more good energy we process, the more that returns to us, creating a constant cycle of high vibrational energy. Some call this magnetism, for what you vibrate is what you will attract more of.
-Reverse negative habits into positive
-Increase self esteem and confidence
-Keep spirits high
-Purify your magnetic field
In this series we will practice ancient yoga sets (kriyas) that are designed to up-level energy. We will also practice the Siri Mantra for reversing any negativity into positivity.
