Learn how to Sit, Clear the Mind & Drop into the Moment with Meditation
Beginning with the flow of breath, we change the state of our nervous system. Adding positive affirmations, metta, we infuse our perspective with positivity. Moving through some simple yoga, we open the nadis and prepare to sit. Be guided into meditation, drawing the senses into the body and becoming aware of the inner climate. Let go of the outside world and finding the place of peace within. This is a learning experience/adventure. Partly guided and partly silent. Wonderful for beginners, and anyone interested in meditation. No experience necessary.
