Learn about the 5 tattvas (Earth/Water/Fire/Air/Ether), how they show up in the body, and how to balance them.
We are made of the 5 elements. Our bodies are constantly adjusting the balance of our tattvas based on what we eat, do, the climate of our environment, etc.. When we are in a good balance we feel harmonious, content, and our kundalini energy naturally flows. Every yoga technique affects this balance, adding heat or coolness, slowing energy or speeding it up, drying or moistening, sharpening or smoothening. We have the ability to practice, and even live, in a strategic way to gain the effects we need that day.
This course will focus on how yoga, breath, food & our external environment affect the balance of our bodies, & how to master our own inner balance.
