Kundalini Yoga is a yoga practice that brings ancient teachings into modern times. It is possible to strengthen our nervous systems & auras so that we can remain inwardly at ease regardless of the challenges or changes we face.
In this series, we will practice hand picked yogic sets (kriyas) that are designed to bring forth happiness & inner calm. Happiness is a form of strength, & can help us sail through challenging waters with a level head & a sense of enjoyment in the present moment.
