STRENGTH BUILDING FLOW YOGA: A gentle hatha yoga class for overall feel good energy. Calming, opening & stress reducing, with extra emphasis on strength building, & joint mobility. In this class we flow from posture to posture with mindfulness. We create a gentle rhythm, foucs & a sense of calm. Find your own inner sanctuary while building strength, flexibility, & happy joints.

STRENGTH BUILDING CHAIR YOGA : This is a strength building yoga class in the hatha tradition for anyone looking to build bone density, physical strength, flexibility & overall endurance. Come as you are & do what you can. Use a chair,  yoga mat, or both!  Chair yoga is a wonderful way to keep your body strong & keep your mind agile. The more flexible & strong we can remain, the less we tend to age.  In this class we practice yoga postures that keep the body strong & that encourage bone growth & flexibility.  We also link breath & movement together in order to release stress &  calm the mind. 

​KUNDALINI  YOGA  SERIES: Kundalini yoga is a practice that helps us quickly heal, connect with our soul & become fully aware or "awakened".  This is a gentle kundalini yoga class that incorporates breath, postures, mudras, meditation & mantra throughout the practice. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. In this class we practice ancient yogic sets called kriyas; complete yoga sets designed to bring the body, mind and ones energy systems into complete balance.
​Kundalini Yoga is known for slowing the aging process, expanding lung capacity, awakening intuition, encouraging deep healing & building overall strength.
 This is a  6 week series meaning we focus on different themes every 6 weeks!


Great for Beginners: All classes are great for beginners as well as all levels. You choose how deep you go, and we all go at our own pace.

Buddhaful Yoga is able to offer monthly memberships through Patreon, a platform that does automatic monthly payments of your choice. This is a wonderful way to support the studio & its  offerings. You are welcome to have a monthly membership instead of doing class cards &/or drop ins. You also gain access to class recordings. $5/month is the lowest membership. There is a $65/month choice if you would like to include the Kundalini Yoga Series.
